Shipping

Packing your order and shipping from our own warehouse helps us control costs for you. We ship using ground services (the trucks you see in your neighborhood) or common carriers (the trucks you see on the highway). Once we see what you need and where it will go, we choose the most economical way to get it to you!

Here's how you can help us make that process go smoothly.

Tell us about your receiving set up while placing your order. Do you have a dock located in a narrow alley? Do you have limited hours in which shipments can be received? Do you need service beyond having someone driving it to your front door and opening the back of the truck? Does the driver need to call ahead for an appointment? Do you need a lift gate service to complete the delivery?

If there is a truck symbol  next to an item you are ordering, your entire order will need to go on a truck (an over the road 18 wheeler sort of rig). These items ship best when ordered in full cartons.
